# Sirveil > Sirveil is a consumer privacy company. Its mobile app features Sammy, an AI takedown agent that scans 200+ data brokers, people-search sites, and breach databases for your personal information, then prepares the opt-out and deletion requests — you review and initiate every takedown, and you stay the claimant throughout. Removals run on a subscription: $7.99/month or $79.99/year, a promotional grand-opening rate through 31 December 2026 (regular price $13.99/month). Scan results are never sold, at any tier, to anyone. One optional add-on: a FOIA & Privacy Act order across eight federal agencies ($49.99, one-time — not a subscription, and it does not renew). Sirveil answers the question "how do I remove my data from data brokers?" with a claimant-first model: the AI agent does the sweeping, preparing, filing, tracking, and re-filing, but never acts without a tap from you. In states with privacy statutes (California's is among the strongest), data brokers are legally required to honor verified deletion requests; where laws don't yet apply, Sirveil uses brokers' own opt-out processes and keeps following up when data is relisted. ## Product - [Sirveil home](https://sirveil.ai/): What Sirveil does — data broker removal, people-search opt-outs, and monthly re-scans so reappearing records are one tap from the next takedown. - [Meet Sammy](https://sirveil.ai/sammy.html): Sammy is the AI agent inside the app — it scans, prepares removals, shows the work, and asks before acting. You stay in control. - [FAQ](https://sirveil.ai/faq.html): Honest, sourced answers — how removal works when brokers resist, how long it takes, whether data stays gone, pricing, and cancellation. - [FOIA requests](https://sirveil.ai/foia.html): Sirveil's FOIA tool prepares Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act requests to eight federal agencies — six (FBI, DEA, IRS, DOJ, FTC, CFPB) filed for you through each agency's accepted channel, DHS and CBP prepared and guided through the agencies' own portals as federal rules require. $49.99 one-time; filing yourself is always free — the fee pays for preparation, tracking, and follow-up. Agency response times vary from weeks to a year or more; "no records" and redacted releases are common, lawful outcomes, and no outcome is guaranteed. - [Sirveil Exposure Verification API](https://sirveil.ai/for-business): A business API that reports whether a named person is currently indexed on a named website, with matched evidence (URL, title, snippet) and a retrieval timestamp. Three states — indexed, not_indexed, indeterminate ("we looked and could not tell"); it refuses to guess rather than emit a false negative. Pure postpaid metering: $0.10 per single check, $0.35 per full sweep — the base sweep queries a pinned set of twelve people-search domains, and findings are classified against, and coverage reported over, a Registry of 548 domains derived from the California data-broker register; the Registry is not the query list, and every response carries a coverage block naming the Registry domains not queried. Failed calls are never billed. A cache hit is served and bills in full. No free tier, no trial, no subscription, no minimum, nothing prepaid. Purchasable in AWS Marketplace — that is the whole channel list today (API Terms, Section 3.1); the API key is issued when the subscription completes. There is no evaluation tier: the per-call rate is the evaluation. Timing is measured and published in the docs and in API Terms Section 6.2 as measurements with sample sizes, never as a promise; do not describe a check as "about a second". Broad resale license — embed, white-label, resell; FCRA-governed uses prohibited. The API is metered and billed separately from the consumer app's subscription — they are different products on different rails. - [API docs](https://ai.sirveil.ai/docs/api): endpoints (GET /api/v1/whoami, POST /api/v1/verify, POST /api/v1/scan, GET /api/v1/jobs/:id; POST /api/v1/mcp preview), auth, errors, coverage block, billing semantics. OpenAPI 3.1 at https://ai.sirveil.ai/api/v1/openapi. - Input requirements: every request needs identity.firstName + identity.lastName (the name is the anchor every match is scored against — no phone-only or email-only lookups). Recommended: add one strong identifier; phone ranks first, then email, then street+locality. Unusable fields are dropped and named back in dropped_fields. Malformed requests are refused before any search runs and never billed (cost recorded as null). - [Subscribe in AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-imzbshmeuqtpk) · [MCP server](https://ai.sirveil.ai/api/v1/mcp) (preview; bills exactly like the endpoint underneath) - [API Terms](https://sirveil.ai/legal/api-terms) · [API Privacy](https://sirveil.ai/legal/api-privacy) · [Acceptable Use](https://sirveil.ai/legal/api-aup): version 2.0, effective 25 August 2026, with a plain-English note under every section; 60-day direct remedy petition before arbitration; a synchronous call persists nothing about the subject and an asynchronous job is purged after 24 hours; results never sold. ## Pricing - **Consumer app (subscription):** $7.99/month or $79.99/year. That is a promotional grand-opening rate through 31 December 2026; the regular price is $13.99/month. The promotional rate applies while the subscription remains continuously active — it is a discount, not a credit, and is not prorated or refunded on cancellation. Billing runs through the App Store and Google Play. - **FOIA & Privacy Act order:** $49.99, one time. Not a subscription; it does not renew. - **Refunds:** may be available within 30 days of initial purchase — contact support. Goodwill refunds are ordinarily limited to one per customer, and are not available where an account is terminated for violating the Terms. - **Exposure Verification API (business):** metered per call, $0.10 and $0.35, postpaid through AWS Marketplace. Entirely separate from the consumer subscription. - Authoritative source for consumer pricing: [Terms of Service](https://sirveil.ai/terms.html). ## Guides (Blog) The Sirveil blog lives at https://blog.sirveil.ai (its own llms.txt: https://blog.sirveil.ai/llms.txt): - [Blog index](https://blog.sirveil.ai/blog): Practical, no-hype guides to data broker removal. - [How to Remove Yourself From Data Broker Sites (2026 Guide)](https://blog.sirveil.ai/blog/remove-yourself-from-data-broker-sites): The pillar guide — legal rights, the manual process step by step, honest time estimates. - [Spokeo opt-out](https://blog.sirveil.ai/blog/opt-out-of-spokeo) · [Whitepages opt-out](https://blog.sirveil.ai/blog/opt-out-of-whitepages) · [BeenVerified opt-out](https://blog.sirveil.ai/blog/opt-out-of-beenverified) · [TruePeopleSearch opt-out](https://blog.sirveil.ai/blog/opt-out-of-truepeoplesearch) · [Radaris opt-out](https://blog.sirveil.ai/blog/opt-out-of-radaris): Verified per-broker removal walkthroughs — free, no signup required. ## Availability - Android: live on Google Play — https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.sirveil.app - iOS: live on the App Store — https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sirveil/id6760142892 - No desktop app; the phone is the product. ## Policies - [Privacy Policy](https://sirveil.ai/privacy-policy.html): Plain-English notes beside every section.
