Referral Partner — Exposure API
(Contract, Commission-Only)
Sirveil is engaging one independent referral partner for its Exposure API. This is an independent contractor engagement paid by commission only. There is no base salary, no draw, no benefits, and no expense reimbursement.
What Sirveil does
Sirveil checks whether a person’s personal information is indexed on the free people-search sites, and where, and reports it. It is a reporting tool a company can point at its own exposure — a disinterested third party producing a record. It is not a compliance product and does not deliver compliance. The commercial offering is an API a customer’s own engineers can call.
What the engagement is
You introduce companies that would run the API and register them with Sirveil in writing. Sirveil takes the meeting, quotes, negotiates, contracts, invoices and supports the account. You do not quote prices, negotiate terms, or sign anything on Sirveil’s behalf.
How you are paid
Twenty-five percent of what Sirveil collects from an account you introduce during its first twelve months, and ten percent of what that account pays afterwards, for as long as it keeps paying. If you also join meetings through to the first invoice, those rates are thirty-five percent and fifteen percent. The first three partners signed keep the higher rates on everything they bring.
Fees are paid monthly on the fifteenth of the month following collection, with a statement, on cash actually collected rather than on bookings. No quota, no minimum, no exclusivity. Earnings are uncapped and are not guaranteed.
Where the company stands
Sirveil is early stage. The API is built, documented and testable, and your technical contacts can run it themselves. It does not yet have customer traction, and we will not suggest otherwise.
Who this fits
Someone who already holds relationships in privacy, compliance and risk, or with data brokers, or among banking and insurance vendors, and can add a line to a book they already carry.
Requirements
Contract as an independent business and provide a Form W-9 before any payment. Use only approved materials, and make no claims of your own about performance, audits, certifications or customers. Comply with the law applicable to your own outreach. Sirveil pays nothing for investor introductions.
