SIRVEIL™ Exposure API · Referral partners
Introduce a company.
Get paid on what it pays.
A commission-only referral program for the Sirveil Exposure API. You introduce a company that would run the API and register it with us in writing. We take the meeting, quote, contract, invoice and support the account. You are paid a percentage of what Sirveil actually collects from it.
Register a company See the rates The open engagement
Sirveil is early stage. The API is built, documented and testable, and your technical contacts can run it themselves. It does not yet have customer traction, and we will not suggest otherwise — to you or to anyone you introduce.
The program
What a referral partner does, and what Sirveil does.
You
- Introduce companies that would run the Exposure API — privacy, compliance and risk teams; removal services; data brokers checking their own exposure; banking and insurance vendors.
- Register each one with Sirveil in writing before the first conversation with us (the form below, or email).
- Optionally stay in the meetings through to the first invoice. That earns the higher rate.
- Use approved materials only. Do not make claims of your own about performance, audits, certifications or customers.
Sirveil
- Takes the meeting, quotes, negotiates, contracts, invoices and supports the account. You do not quote prices, negotiate terms or sign anything on Sirveil’s behalf.
- Confirms each registration with a timestamped record and tells you in writing whether it is accepted.
- Sends a monthly statement showing every account, what was collected, and how your fee was computed.
- Pays on the 15th of the month after the cash arrives.
The rates
A percentage of what Sirveil collects. Two tiers, one difference.
The fee is computed on cash actually received from an account you introduced — never on bookings, quotes, signups, clicks or credits. The first twelve months run from the account’s first collection.
You introduce the company, register it, and hand off. Sirveil runs the sale.
You also join the meetings through to the first invoice. Same account, higher rate, because the work is different.
No cap on what you can earn, and no guarantee that you will. No base, no draw, no quota, no minimum, no exclusivity, and nothing to buy. Sirveil pays nothing for investor introductions.
| Worked example | Collected from the account | Rate | Your fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Month 3, standard tier | $400.00 | 25% | $100.00 |
| Month 14, standard tier | $400.00 | 10% | $40.00 |
| Month 3, enhanced tier | $400.00 | 35% | $140.00 |
| Month 14, enhanced tier | $400.00 | 15% | $60.00 |
Illustrative arithmetic only. Real accounts are metered per call at the published rate card; the fee follows whatever the account actually pays.
Deal registration
The registration record is the attribution. Nothing else is.
There is no tracking link, no cookie, no click attribution. A company is yours because you registered it first, in writing, and the record says so.
- You register the company — its legal name, website and your contact there — using the form below or by email. Before the first conversation with Sirveil, not after.
- The record is stamped on arrival. The timestamp is set by our server when the registration is stored, not by the form and not by anyone at Sirveil. You receive a confirmation with the registration ID and that timestamp; so do we.
- Earlier wins. Where two partners register the same company, the earlier timestamp governs. The record exists to be able to prove which was earlier.
- Rows are additive. A registration is never edited or deleted. Acceptance, decline, conversion and expiry are recorded as new entries against it, each with its own timestamp.
- We answer in writing. Sirveil confirms whether a registration is accepted. A company that already has an open conversation with Sirveil, or that another partner registered earlier, is declined and you are told why.

Everything here goes into the record exactly as you type it. Prefer email? Write to [email protected] with the same details; the time our mail server receives it is the timestamp.
How and when you are paid
On the 15th, for what arrived the month before, with a statement.
From collections, not bookings
Your fee is computed when cash from an account actually reaches Sirveil. A quote, a signed order or an invoice earns nothing until it is paid. Marketplace purchases count when the marketplace pays us out.
The statement
Once a month, per partner: every account you introduced, the amount collected from each that month, the months elapsed since its first collection, the rate applied, and the fee. Refunds and chargebacks appear as negative lines and net against the next payment.
The payment
Fees for a month’s collections are paid on the 15th of the following month by bank transfer in US dollars. A completed Form W-9 is required before the first payment; nothing is paid without it.
The rules, plainly
Short, because there is not much of it.
- Independent business. You contract with Sirveil as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent. No benefits, no expense reimbursement.
- Approved materials only. Sirveil supplies what you may send. Do not make claims of your own about performance, audits, certifications or customers — and do not quote prices or terms other than the published rate card.
- Your outreach, your law. You comply with the law that applies to your own outreach, wherever you make it.
- No downline, no fees, no equity. There is nothing to buy to participate, no recruiting of other partners, and the fee is paid in cash, never in stock.
- No investor introductions. Sirveil pays nothing for them.
- Changes apply prospectively. If the rates change, existing registered accounts keep the rates in force when they were registered.
The full terms are in the referral partner agreement each partner signs. Where this page and the agreement differ, the agreement governs.
Questions
Asked before we published this, so answered here.
What is Sirveil selling, in one paragraph?
The Sirveil Exposure API checks whether a person’s personal information is indexed on the free people-search sites, and where, and returns an evidenced answer a company’s own engineers can call. It is a reporting tool a company points at its own exposure — a disinterested third party producing a record. It is not a compliance product and does not deliver compliance. Pricing is per call, on the published rate card.
Do I need a tracking link or a promo code?
No. There is no link, code or cookie. The written registration is the attribution, and it works whether the company later buys through AWS Marketplace or directly.
What if I register a company Sirveil is already talking to?
The registration is declined in writing, with the reason. Sirveil does not owe a fee on a company it was already in conversation with before your registration arrived.
Can two partners be paid on the same account?
No. One account, one partner: the earlier accepted registration. That is why the timestamp is set by the server, on arrival, and never changed.
What does “collected” mean when the account buys through a marketplace?
The amount the marketplace pays out to Sirveil for that account. Marketplaces pay in arrears, so a month of usage typically reaches Sirveil, and therefore your statement, a month or two later.
Is there a free tier, a trial, or a demo allowance I can offer?
No. The per-use rate is the evaluation: a company runs a handful of calls at the published price and decides. Do not offer anything the rate card does not.
Is the program open now?
Registrations are recorded from the moment this page is live. Payment requires a signed referral partner agreement and a Form W-9 on file; both are handled by email once a registration is accepted.
