Who is Sammy?

Sammy is Sirveil's AI takedown agent — the blue orb you'll meet across the app and this site. Behind the character is the working half of Sirveil: the system that sweeps data-broker sources when you run a scan, prepares each takedown request in your name, transmits it through the proper channel, and chases the response until there's an outcome to log in your dashboard.
Two things Sammy is not: autonomous, and a lawyer. Sammy acts only when you initiate — no scan runs and no request leaves without your explicit command — and nothing Sammy says is legal advice. You stay the claimant on every request; Sammy is the agent doing the legwork and keeping the receipts.
In plain terms: Sammy is your own agency, extended in electronic form — empowered with AI tooling. Nothing runs in the background, and nothing monitors you. It moves when you move.

Your subscription is an electronic transmission service: Sirveil prepares, transmits, and chases formal takedown requests in your name, in an attempt to get them honored. Whether a broker complies is up to the broker — what you get, every time, is the attempt, the pressure, and the receipts. You're paying to take the fight to the data brokers.
Not every broker accepts electronic takedowns — some don't broadcast an electronic signature at all. For those, the optional Correspondence Service prepares and dispatches signed written takedown requests on your behalf, with delivery tracked in the same dashboard as everything else. Available in the app when a broker requires it.
